Record-Setting Cash Haul From Almost 2,000 Donors

Omaha, NE – State Senator Tom White’s campaign for Congress in Nebraska’s 2nd District announced today that he has raised a record-setting $534,387.57 since beginning his campaign against incumbent Congressman Lee Terry, and has $460,311.10 on hand.

“Thanks to strong grassroots support, we will have the resources needed to contrast my record of effective, independent leadership with Lee Terry’s decade in Washington,” said Senator White.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has named Tom White's campaign to the exclusive Red to Blue list - the top tier races in the country. The campaign earned a spot in the program by surpassing demanding fundraising goals and developing a strong grassroots infrastructure.
